Who I am beyond Design
More than a designer, I'm a storyteller at heart, weaving narratives through my designs.
My design journey began at 12, driven by a passion for combining creativity with functionality. After earning international design awards in industrial design, I expanded my expertise into UX/UI design and front-end development, where design meets logic. I thrive on understanding both user needs and product functionality, ensuring designs are not only intuitive but also efficient. From crafting elegant, user-friendly interfaces to designing physical products that improve everyday experiences, I focus on creating cohesive solutions that balance aesthetics with usability. Whether refining a tactile product or optimizing a digital experience, I aim to design with purpose, innovation, and elegance.
My inspirations and interests
Inspiration finds me in the everyday — during quiet walks through Ottawa’s parks, while experimenting with new design tools, or getting lost in the rhythm of a good workout.
I’m drawn to the intersection of design and technology, fascinated by how thoughtful design can simplify and elevate daily life.
Looking ahead
As I advance in my design career, I’m excited to tackle complex design challenges that merge creativity with technical precision. My experience in industrial design taught me how to balance form and function, and now I apply that same mindset to digital products — ensuring that user interfaces are not only visually engaging but also intuitive and efficient. I’m particularly interested in enhancing user experiences in professional tools and platforms, creating designs that help people work smarter and more effectively.
I’m also keen to explore the intersection of AI and design, finding ways to create more personalized and adaptive user experiences without sacrificing simplicity. Having worked with diverse teams across industries, I value the power of collaboration and iterative design, and I look forward to applying these principles to projects that have a meaningful impact. Ultimately, I aim to design products that not only meet user needs but also anticipate them, making complex systems feel effortless and natural.
